Skype mentoring student, Geoffrey Whitt, has been awarded a $1300.00 music scholarship from Berklee on-line. Quite an accomplishment based on the number of talented individuals who qualified. He also, in the same week, got a master/sync license request to use a song of his in the popular, and long-running Canadian television show, "Degrassi". Way to go!
Long time Skype mentoring student, Paul Hurtado, has released his first CD, "Tucson Night". It's Clint Eastwood meets Elvis Costello, Marty Robbins meets David Byrne. In a word, it's GREAT! Available soon at my web store.
Skype mentoring student, and popular children's book author, Steve Kramer, was in town last month to record five original song demos. Everyone involved had a blast. Why? Because the songs were GREAT! Makes for an easy day. Now THE BIZ part...
